Follow These Steps

  1. Identify your four Authorized Representatives.
  2. Set up a meeting with the appropriate with SOAR Office/Advisor. An Application for Registration will be sent out to be completed from DocuSign.
  3. Complete Application for Registration form on DocuSign.
  4. All Four Authorized Representatives must watch the Online Orientation videos and pass the quiz with a score of 100%.
  5. Submit National Insurance Certificate via email to your SOAR Advisor. (Applies to National GLO’s only.)
  6. Submit Recruitment Flier via email or your SOAR Advisor.
  7. Submit the most updated (local/national) constitution and bylaws.
  8. Our staff will email you to confirm you've completed the registration process!
  9. Authorized Representatives and New Member Educators attend Fall Orientation on Sept 16th, 2021, Sept 17th, 2021, or Sept 21, 2021.
  10. Chapter President and one executive officer attend Fall Retreat on October 9th, 2021.
  11. Submit Greek-Letter Organization Chapter Packet to SOAR by: Fall - Oct 29, 2021, 5:00 pm | Winter - Jan 28, 2022, 5:00 pm | Spring - Apr 22, 2022, 5:00 pm
  12. Authorized Representatives RSVP to the Leadership Series by Oct 29, 2021.
  13. Schedule your one-hour Advisor Agreement Meeting by Oct 29, 2021.
  14. Review and Completion of the Slug Greek Excellence Program.
