  • An event proposal must be on file for any event being hosted on campus and must be provided to the facility hosting the event. An authorized representative must fill and submit an event proposal.
  • Student Organizations must complete Basic Registration prior to reserving space on campus.

  4. All forms and paperwork must be completed and signed at least 7 business days before the event. Cancellations will be charged 100% of reservation fees if cancelled within one week, and 50% of reservation fees if cancelled within two weeks of event.
  5. Major-sized events require SOAR Advisors to attend the full duration of the event.
  6. A tentative hold for a specific date can be made for your group or unit. The hold can remain for a maximum of 7 business days, before which time the event must be confirmed with all paperwork completed and signed. After 7 business days the tentative reservation will be deleted to allow other groups access.
