  • An event proposal must be on file for any event being hosted on campus and must be provided to the facility hosting the event. An authorized representative must fill and submit an event proposal.
  • Student Organizations must complete Basic Registration prior to reserving space on campus.
  • For all indoor venue settings: max capacity is set at 25 individuals.
  • For more information, please review Event Guidelines.
