Register a Continuing Organization
2024-2025 Academic Year
Registration begins Monday, September 23rd.
If your organization would like to continue its growth on campus, you will need to re-register as a continuing organization. We have set up a simple process to get you started:
- Identify your four Authorized Representatives.
- Meet with your SOMeCA Office or SOMeCA Advisor to start your Application for Registration.
- Complete Application for Registration form on DocuSign.
- Choose your pathway (A, B, or C).
- Attach your most up-to-date constitution.
- View the Online Orientation and pass the quiz with a score of 100%.
- SOMeCA staff will email you to confirm you’ve completed the registration process.
- Congratulations! You’ve completed basic registration. Your next steps will vary by pathways A, B or C. Head to the “Resources” page to start planning your projects!

The deadline to apply and complete the registration process is December 6th, 2024 by 5:00 pm.
