Register a Continuing Organization

2024-2025 Academic Year

Registration begins Monday, September 23rd.

If your organization would like to continue its growth on campus, you will need to re-register as a continuing organization. We have set up a simple process to get you started:

1. Identify your four Authorized Representatives.
2. Meet with your SOMeCA Office or SOMeCA Advisor to start your Application for Registration.
   
3. Complete Application for Registration form on DocuSign.
   1. Choose your pathway (A, B, or C).
   2. Attach your most up-to-date constitution.
4. View the Online Orientation and pass the quiz with a score of 100%. 
5. SOMeCA staff will email you to confirm you’ve completed the registration process.
6. Congratulations! You’ve completed basic registration. Your next steps will vary by pathways A, B or C. Head to the “Resources” page to start planning your projects!

The deadline to apply and complete the registration process is December 6th, 2024 by 5:00 pm.
